The Exhibits department designs, produces, displays, and circulates exhibits interpreting the human and natural history of the Northwest Territories as well as other topics, for the education and entertainment of visitors to the Northern Heritage Centre. This is accomplished by: 1. Producing permanent and temporary in-house exhibits 2. Producing travelling exhibits for Northwest Territories communities and elsewhere. 3. Providing exhibit development and consultation services to Northwest Territories communities. 4. Receiving, displaying and coordinating travelling exhibits from other institutions.
